Pros

The pros that I saw are health coverage and days off

Cons

Their systems that they currently have in place are horrible. They use an internal size to locate things so they've lost the "human touch" You are penalized for asking someone for help. The metrics are by far the worst I've seen in property management.

Pros

some of the leasing agents make such good money and they do have benefits. Also, you get a percentage off of the apartments to live at

Cons

Some of the managers are extremely immature and is super corrupt. The company says they would like to take care of their employees but that is not the case.
