Stagnant Management is Killing this Company

Pros

The culture here is decent, people are actually nice, not just corporate nice.

Cons

There are too many people in management positions 20+ years that make it impossible to move up in the company. The majority of them have gotten soft and complacent and quite frankly are bad at their jobs but don't recognize it. Hopefully the changes in HR will shake some of this up, otherwise I don't plan on working here for much longer.

Just an ok company, poor leadership

Pay is better than most companies, but not worth the stress

Cons

VERY stressful. Several different departments to assist on-site staff but the departments don't communicate with each other and they are VERY unorganized. Direct supervisor is very abusive and lacks the knowledge needed to be in that position. Said supervisor will literally yell at you, belittle you, and bully you, then apologize the very next day at least once a week. It's a very abusive cycle. You are broken down each week where you begin to question yourself, walking on egg shells. Coming to this company has been a nightmare. They offer a decent salary, but it's not worth it. The properties run on a skeleton crew. Not enough staff. Very draining and exhausting. There are better companies out there.

None they done offer anything they temp most of their work out.

Cons

They will use you and then fire you sneakily. Do not trust the managers here. They expect you to work shifts for other workers who don’t show up. Concierge should not be SECURITY.
