Not enough training for the job giving to you, harassment, no extra money giving when promoted, unfair treatment to certain people, managers acting more like friends than a manager with certain employees, assumptions, stressful environment, favoritism, accusing workers of non truthful things, high turnovers

What a place to work at!

I recently hit my year mark at Equity. I worked hard to get to this point and I have been treated well. The training I have received Accelerate for Service has given me the confidence that will lead me into a Service Mange position in the near future. I have been promoted, reviewed and inspected which as giving me more and more respect for this company. The ability to be able to reach out to my co-workers, management and even or VP is amazing. I believe this is the best company to work for! Go team EQR

Cons

There are considered in every company. So what most people get all upset about I just receive it, process it, take what information I want to receive from it and move on. But at time we can be a little under staffed. So maybe we can look at staffing at some of our smaller buildings.

This company is not for everyone - it's a very tough business and you must feel comfortable with speaking your mind and asking for what you need. You also must be adaptable and willing to test your limit. Those who love challenging work environments will thrive; those who don't will not be happy here.
