Pros

The local teams in your building are often solid and communicate well

Cons

The company beyond your local team leave you out to dry and provide no support. The amount of work for what you are paid is in no way worth it. You are asked to be a jack of all trades and do it all. Yet paid as if you are an entry level worker.
