      Pros

      The DC metro area has a large connection of top quality managers. I can not say enough good things about our VPs Frances and Stacey.

      Cons

      health insurance is counts are based on logging into an app every day. I feel that if we do the annual checkups we should get the lowest rate without daily participation points.
