Regularly scheduled Sundays & Mondays off.

Cons

Micromanagement, inundated with the workload of more than 1 person, treated as a number not a human being, culture doesn't coincidence with values, they are more concerned about numbers & survey results. Management lacks leadership skills and when you try to get ahead of an issue or be solution oriented you're met with a tone deaf attitude/response.

Pros

- Bonus makes up for the lack of tips you receive from residents. You dont get great tips because they jack up the rents up so high on your residents in your building.

Cons

- overworked - understaffed - high turnover of building staff and managers - consistently giving you more and more work on a monthly basis - crazy amount of apartment turnovers due to management raising rents at crazy percentages.

It got boring after a while if you weren’t looking to move up with in the company.
