One year in, this is the most inclusive workplace of my career. Leadership is approachable, my manager is a true mentor, and people are kind and collaborative. I have opportunities to work on new projects, join employee events, and volunteer with colleagues, which makes me feel connected and that my work matters.

Cons

No major cons for me so far. Like any company, some things are still a work in progress, but my overall experience has been very positive.
