      -Authentically caring leaders who treat you like a whole person, not just a number. -Beautiful and modern facility with outdoor patio on the Chicago River for in-office days. -Lots of opportunities to grow and develop within the company. -Great internal networking opportunities.

      Open workspaces vs offices. It can be hard to concentrate.
