      Stagnant Management is Killing this Company

      Pros

      The culture here is decent, people are actually nice, not just corporate nice.

      Cons

      There are too many people in management positions 20+ years that make it impossible to move up in the company. The majority of them have gotten soft and complacent and quite frankly are bad at their jobs but don't recognize it. Hopefully the changes in HR will shake some of this up, otherwise I don't plan on working here for much longer.

      I love the positive work environment and the company's commitment to doing the right thing for customers and employees. Everyone I work with, and in my region seems to genuinely love their jobs and has been with the company for multiple years.

      I honestly cannot think of any cons. At all..
