Pros

Tons of free time and very good pay. Never have to worry about delivery. Never have to worry about finances. This is a very conservative company and feel privileged to work here. Tons of support form external consultants and coaches. Everything is as clear as black and white and I can feel the entitlement to do great.

Cons

Everything is super fair, so cant think of any cons.
