Pros

Great work life balance. Such a family environment. Very much strive to make employee wellness a priority.

Cons

Sometimes companies like this are almost too nice, and I saw longterm employees take advantage of the niceness. It's ok to take a firm approach and remind employees who signs their paycheck.

Pros

Overall a good company to work for. Benefits are really good. Most people there are like family.

Cons

Is a bit "who likes who" when it comes to promotions and job changes. A lot of good ole boy going on. Emphasis on boy. A lot depends on the Manager you get on how well you are treated. Some are really great, others, not so much. I guess this is pretty much true everywhere.
