      great benefits and salaries, a reasonably low cost of living if you stay out of the Austin Metro area.

      Pros

      Really smart, dedicated employees, fair compensation, good work-life balance. Interesting work. Telecommuting and flexible work weeks.

      Cons

      Executive team churns constantly. CEO is checked out. Too many managers who don't know what they're doing. Office is in the sticks, so the commute is long if you want to live where there is shopping/restaurants/night life. No opportunity for decent bonuses.

      good name for the resume. Thats all.

      Cons

      very little incentive and opportunity to move up, manager wants you be a SME. Zero emphasis on personal development. Slow learning. People back bite. There is nothing in Taylor, TX.
