Pros
Non technical work for those who prefer to do administrative tasks on a daily basis and for the rest of their career. If you have no intention to do real engineering, this place is for you.
Cons
Management by manipulation or intimidation. Very high turn over rate. Supervisor is extremely dishonest and has no credibility. After being selected to interview for an internal position, she reached out to others and ruined the opportunity to force me to stay because many people quit her team. I'm now determined to look for a job externally. She scheduled more than one on one to ask me about my apirations and why am I applying for other jobs. She then spun my words to prevent me from moving. The manager is aware and not any better.
