Pros
The working environment is very nourishing. You can learn a lot here. People are very patient with knowledge transfer and willing to help each other to get the job done. Good training opportunity as well. So it makes a great beginning place at your career.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that the promotions are basically based on years of working in the group, instead of the individual performance.
