Great people, decent salary and awesome benefits. It's close to major metropolitan areas without having to deal with insane traffic daily. Coworkers are fun and most end up being good friends. There are lots of opportunities to learn. You get the feeling that the company cares about you.

Cons

Upward mobility may not be as as easy as some want. I have heard that other positions can be too political and stressful.
