Good salary and benefits. Real work. making sure that electricity flows 24x7. Good job satisfaction. Good work life balance. No travel. Decent job security if you keep doing your job. They do focus a lot on your physical health. There is a walking trail and they keep reminding you about doing exercises.

Cons

Very poor networking opportunity. You are out there in the rural area that it is difficult to network with others. Very operations oriented work that it can get monotonous after sometime.

Great 401K matching and retirement program. Health benefits are good but not great. Generally no over time and low stress, do you job and go home.

Cons

Lots of politics in play. Everyone is out for themselves and have no sense of a greater good for the company.
