- Strong collaborative team environment. - Able to easily discuss ideas / have technical questions answered by colleagues and also directors. - Everyone very approachable and friendly, company working in unison towards same goals & vision. - Global company; great to see regular updates from teams and events at different offices from CEO & Senior management. Great to be able to see the global presence & perspective and not just what is happening "at home". - Top quality products: easier to "get behind" & sell to consumers when 1) Products offer real value to end users 2) Seeing first hand the work that goes into producing and delivering the products from multiple teams.

Cons

A stronger social presence... Feel more "investment" in marketing could help. Suggestion; video's on website, more interactive for customer's first visit on website..
