Pros
Interesting contracts, 6/6 week rotation, pay is ok nothing to brag about.
Cons
They dropped annual retention bonuses and the excellent insurance that they had as former Evergreen Helicopters, which in turn cost me 20-25k more a year in losses. Very clickish, there are the utility pilots and the retired military pilots. If you're not one or the other you will have to deal with the games they play, ie. Scheduling, overtime, advancements, opportunities throughout the company. The utility pilots are worried that they won't have a job if other pilots learn VR. The military pilots seem to think that nobody but them can fly military contracts. That doesn't include the clicks that are formed back at head quarters, it's aviation nobody should have the same job for 20 years, if they suck at it.
