      People are great, work is enjoyable with exception of the chaos

      Cons

      Management is lost on how to organize and plan, currently understaffed in almost every dept., trying to do too much and won't say no to work even if they don't have the capability to do or capacity to do; causing burn out of the most dedicated. No mentoring

      Pros

      Strong Reputation and Past Perform as Evergreen; A named recognized within the aviation community. Erickson has the potential to realign to meet the needs of the emerging aviation demand - world wide.

      Cons

      Sadly there has been no positive traction as a Prime Contractor on any Significant Work in the last 5 Years. Agencies in which Evergreen dominated were the UN, WFP, USAID, & DOD. Unfortunately, Erickson has just recently began to review and restructure the organization to meet the aviation demands. However, Erickson continues to struggle with meeting operational demands of clients. These significant signs are reflected in both turnover of the Director-Level & C-Suite Employees (CEO, Directors of Safety, Sales, and others Replaced ~6mos ago) over the last year and the Down-Trending Stock Price..

      Pros

      Erickson was a great place to work. In addition to the friendly and professional environment, as an employee you have direct access to the senior leadership team and have the opportunity to contribute to business decisions. For the simplest to the most complex contribution you will always have the chance to demonstrate your work and be known. As a result of that coupled with the exciting aviation business and its inherent challenges, a qualified professional have the change to grow and develop their careers fast. For those people who wish to make the difference and pursue the excellence I recommend Erickson.

      Cons

      If you are lazy and want the solutions just to drop on your laps forget about Erickson. This company is so dinamic that you must be proactive and creative.
