      Pros

      Best people I've worked with outside the military. Consummate professionals that would literally give you the shirt off their back for you. Living and working overseas and you're truly like a family. Fun and challenging places to work. Very transparent as far as the conditions you'll be living in. Flexible rotation work as long as you find coverage.

      Cons

      Field to Corporate disconnect at some degree but with good resources and contacts within the company, it wasn't that bad for me. If you can't deal with the austere, military type environment, the job isn't for you. Rotation work so expect to be gone 60% of the year.

      good pay. decent rotation schedule

      Cons

      very unstable company, poor to no communication. "Good ole boy" work place. harsh people and work environment. parts take for ever to get if at all without robbing from another aircraft. stopped raises, bonus etc. horrible

      Lousy culture (especially in the Portland office), constant change, lack of direction, layoffs
