Pros

Anual leave even if in China where millions of works have no work life balamce at all. The employee are highly respected, which means they have more initiative to select career development channel.

Cons

Some times team leaders are not good leaders, they may be strong in technology but weak in leading and team to achieve success. And more, usually they focus on their own technique too much.
