Great pay and benefits for employees. Leading edge for new technology. Able to work from home or office. Flexible hours.

Cons

No work life balance. Projects run night and day 7 days a week at times. Upper management constantly restructuring. Ways of working change quarterly. Too many tools used daily to get work complete. Management conflict in lower levels due to poor communication from upper management about the constant changes in ways of working. Much US work going overseas so US jobs unstable.

Pros

Great company to work for. Plenty of training opportunities, excellent benefits. Ericsson also has a very good employee recognition program. Good severance package for employees that includes health and dental for up to year.

Cons

It's such a large company, that sometimes employees are shuffled around to different managers at the convenience of the company and there is little time to make a positive impression on new superiors.
