Cons

Many line managers can hold you back looking to further their personal goals and career. While at the executive level they offer many avenues for career growth and learning, there are line managers that prevent you from learning and moving and may put your very position at risk to further theirs.

I've been working on & with Ericsson in the early 1980 back in the TDMA 882 equipment through 2013 LTE.. Great company, Major Telecom equipment provider since I've began with them. Majority of the Wireless Carriers use Ericsson equipment. Ericsson also has Great Benefit packages for Employees.

Which more qualified Implementation Managers did their actual task and additional suppport to other Ericsson projects..
