Pros

Opportunities to work with people all over the world, and grow your career in different areas so you're always learning.

Cons

Unable to break out of core business and expand beyond mobile operator customer base despite continuous attempts. Our customers are our lifeblood and our greatest threat at the same time as the industry is commoditized. After 5G, OpenRAN will take over and the revenues will continue to decline unless new business is unlocked.
