      Great benefits, good salary, company is a recognized leader in key communications technology (particularly wireless systems).

      Cons

      Ericsson has failed to make the transition from a network equipment provider to a systems integrator. I was lured in 4-5 years ago with the promise that my extensive background in consulting led services and SI would be put to use. Instead i have been pushed down effectively into a professional services delivery role, with incompetent program management and incompetent leadership.
