      Pros

      Opportunities to learn a lot and gain experience in many areas of business and technology.

      Cons

      Large company...lots of bureaucracy. Can be a good learning experience though. Lots of talk about diversity, but the facts just don't back it up. constant layoffs.

      Pros

      Very diverse. Lots of opportunities to see the world.

      Cons

      Very far behind the game in strategy. AWS was launched in 2006. Ericsson Cloud is still undergoing development. Ericsson is struggling to transition from a traditional hardware company to a software company. Ericsson recognizes tenure rather than talent. Ericsson for the most part also manages to beat revenue and profit estimates by managing it's costs very well (laying people off) and offshoring critical components.

      Top heavy management with Pathetic execution

      Pros

      Nice place to travel around the world from moving one location to other.

      Cons

      In the silicon valley, their execution is poor and leads to continues layoffs. Layoff are common and brutal. Top heavy management. Rely on their own management people with no clue of execution and failed management team. Promotions are biased. S&T (System & Technology) is more powerful and are clueless team driving the smart engineers to clueless product delivery. It is no accountable team.
