      Pros

      Ericsson really cares about the wellness of their employees. They give great time off, and have the best benefits of any company I've worked for by far. They also provide opportunities for you to learn, gain certifications and training. They want to make sure that you have everything you need to do your job well.

      Cons

      Much of your experience at Ericsson has to do with your 'line' manager. This person does not work with you day to day, and yet, is still in control of your upward movement, career opportunities, awards, raises, etc.

      Pros

      Learned a lot as an intern. They will give the interns most of the tools that they will need to succeed from lunch and learn or meet and greet with any of the executives in the company. Saw the CEO from Sweden once.

      Cons

      Sadly there is no advancement or conversion available for this position. Will need to look for other position or other job.
