Vision & execution
Pros
Good employee benefits, opportunity to learn and security if you get on a long term client project. They are trying to move from telecom to ICT but leadership isn't as good. Customer first
Cons
Too much politics, vision comes slow but execution is even slower & does not seem planned. Too big to manage. Multiple teams doing same things. While one team has people on bench, another team has too much work to hire contractors. It would save cost of two teams could interact. Some people have no technical competency but they not only hold their place but also get promoted due to their inter personal skills or pre-existing networks. In an attempt to please customer, hurt employees, one team does not trust employees hired by another team for same skill set
