      Pros

      Large company, great benefits, some great talent and leadership when recruitment is done right

      Cons

      line managers involved with the largest CU are incompetent if it is not related to PM. The newest line manager is completely ineffective and lacks a sense of accountability. Horrible communication and management will pass the buck instead of stepping up.

      Training, exposure to new technologies, knowledge.

      Cons

      No work life balance, annual objectives are subjective and up to the interpretation to 1st level managers hence biased raises and promotions. Lack of diversity and professionalism within the RAN organization. Lots of corporate cronyism. Poor talent retention.
