      Poor views on remote work

      Pros

      Free snacks...sometimes? Also, lots of windows but only in the new building.

      Cons

      The company's view on remote work is terrible. They also tend to push unrealistic dates on work and they do not try to staff work accordingly. The benefits they offer don't really make up for the lower pay.

      - Good benefits - Job security - Decent work/life balance - Culture outside of management is good - Gives back to the community

      Cons

      - Politically driven decisions . - Recently experienced high talent drain. A lot of expectations on remaining workforce - Some people have worked here their entire career and are not putting in much effort and just waiting to retire
