Pros

Health benefits are good Pension No layoffs If you get into the right department the work is pretty easy going

Cons

Management. Executives are a bunch of dinosaurs that are entirely disconnected from the real world and can't see past their own agendas to realize how badly they are destroying the "culture" they almost daily tell you is "so important" Pay is terrible. They claim they pay market average which is true if you sit in the same role for 8 years getting a miserable 2.5% raise each year.

Pros

Great health insurance , 401k and pension plan.

Cons

Heavy nepotism/favoritism, No remote opportunities , No growth/promotion at all as there are only professional and senior roles, vendors/ contractors are respected more than employees .

Pros

Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Compensation package is average. Management "seems" nice and honest.

Cons

Overtime is prohibited if your non exempt. If you find yourself slightly behind in your work, you cannot stay a little late to catch up. Diary policy makes no sense. If you have something on diary you must work it that day even if you can't or don't have anything to update that day. You cannot simply make a note and advance. If you carryover any work even 1 day it is a problem and they will write you up and put you on an "improvement plan" which has unattainable go's because of no overtime. They string you along and cut you loose when it suits them. When you ask a direct question about your status, you get no answer. Manager does not know how to use the claims system and has you ask a co worker. Curious why the review I posted last year has been taken down. Suggests companies do have influence over what posts stay up.
