There are many different Software Engineer areas across the company spanning across IT and the Business. Each area is different as far as what you will be doing. Depending on your area you may be strictly responsible for front end development and solutioning, in other areas you maybe responsible for maintenance and integrating enhancements. There is a lot of room to grow and expand your abilities. Pension Yearly Bonus based on performance of the Company/Team On Site Gym/Cafeteria

Cons

Pay has been a concern. They are trying to address the disparity but they typically thoroughly analyze everything so it usually takes a while to accomplish. The benefits package is on par with most normal businesses.
