Pros

Great medical benefits and company offers a pension

Cons

New upper management team is clueless as to claims handling. Workloads are excessive and work flows are not efficient. Company used to be very employee and customer focused. However, new regime is killing moral due to focus changing to profit only focus. Pay and bonus structure are on the conservative side.

Pros

Benefits are good, great co workers

Cons

Company is through many changes. The pandemic has Been a very confounding time. Many false starts to return to the office and recently seems like they are unable to make a firm decision about what they want their workforce to look like. Reduction in positions in claims due to attrition are impacting employees feeling about job security .
