      Pros

      There are many divisions are ERIE that have exceptional leadership and other divisions leadership tends to be under qualified. Most ERIE employees are very loyal.

      Cons

      It can be very frustration working in certain divisions that do not have qualified leadership because management is afraid to make competent decisions.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Benefits packages are nice, plus lots of other little perks. Bonus at the end of the year is decent.

      Cons

      There are some people in management positions who were promoted to the position when it was something completely different. They've kept their title, however they have no business doing the job they do now. They are responsible for making company decisions and they don't have the skills/knowledge to do so. It can be very frustrating because said managers won't listen to to people who do know.
