Pros

* If you can keep a low enough profile you can coast for years without ever having to produce

Cons

* Good performance is generally not rewarded with promotions or raises. * Lately management seems more interested in hiring from the outside than looking within * Management is very good at talking, not so good about performing * No or very little career development opportunities

Pros

Some really good mangers and decent benefits

Cons

The bad mangers have a way of staying Nearly impossible to be promoted if you are not fast tracked by a manager. Pay is not worth the stress

Pros

Decent pay is the only pro

Cons

Work anywhere except Customer care. They treat you like a robot, the metrics are impossible to meet, everyone is miserable (supervisors, co workers, customers). Don’t do it
