Benefits Pension Great leaders Career opportunities.

Cons

You start out working a 3pm-11pm shift, even though it is a smooth night due to many customers calling during business hours but most people like day shifts. You do. Really have to worry if you have to stay on that shift forever. Most employees are able to switch to day shifts a few months after training is completed.

The bonuses and insurance are amazing.

Cons

Other departments are nice but customer care is a horrible department to work in. It's mismanaged by directors, systems are slow, employees over monitored, constant negative feedback and never positive. You only hear what you've done incorrectly with "missed opportunities" when in reality management has "missed opportunities" daily to tell you things you ARE doing right. Lots of nepotism in this place.
