Pros

Great benefits, people, and room for advancement if you are willing to relocate. Work/life balance is a plus. They also offer great products. This is a company you can retire with.

Cons

Lack of adequate training. Leadership/management can be iffy. Management at times likes to worry about their own perception rather then employee concerns.

Pros

Hours are flexible, people are nice but boring. Work is boring but you'll be able to do it. If you can't do it someone will probably help you. Not too stressful at all really. Decent to good pay. Most interns make between $12-$18 per hour, depending on your department and education level.

Cons

People are boring, job is boring, company is annoying in its culture.
