Management is extremely poor, they won’t improve management but choose to treat their employees poorly. It’s hard to move up unless you’re a favorite even if your more qualified under the illusion of diversity or their agenda. They major on your mistakes and don’t appreciate the hard work and longevity of your tenure. They brag they don’t layoff but they fire people or fail to train them and people quit.

The managers are micromanagers. The work load they expect you to complete is not worth the pay.
