Pros

Many opportunities and resources: -College Reimbursement -Stretch Assignments -Affinity Networks -Benefits (Pension, 401, etc) -Free Guidance and Legal advice -Low cost health care

Cons

-Take home pay is low because of the immense offering of benefits, many that go unused by employees (example: adoption funding) -Falls behind because of red tape, over analysis -Slow for corrective behavior for employees who take advantage of the culture

Pros

Friendly work environment, good health insurance, pension plus 401K, and they do try to support furthering your education.

Cons

Low pay for the industry. Sever nepotism and favoritism across the entire company. Old tech. They are very adamant about trying to work in office/anti-remote.
