      Best corporate culture I have ever experienced! The majority of people try to do what is "right"! The culture is continually evolving in the right direction, leading through humility and maintaining ideology of dignity & respect.

      Cons

      Leaders need to continue to improve on building the courage to have difficult conversations regarding accountability and at the same time exemplifying dignity & respect.
