Pros

Great pay for a pretty easy job. Rotating shifts equals higher pay with shift differential. They love you if have an emt certification even if you have a muddy background (i.e termination from previous employers) and give you a $5,000 bonus!!! The job is incredibly easy and there is an incredible amount mindless tasks that make up this job. Someone signs out a card? I write it in a log? An alarm goes off in Harrisburg? I make a phone call and write a narrative end of story, pretty cut & dry. Any decisions are made by the manager and he does not delegate, problems arise you just make a phone call!

Cons

Rotating shifts do pay well but it obviously makes it hard to live a normal live.
