Pros

-Claims will be claims but Erie is the best place in insurance to handle that stress. -Health premiums are the best in the industry IMO. Decent 401K match w/ pension that rivals the fed govt. -They give you opportunities to learn and develop. -100% WFH and flexible scheduling -You get rewarded for good work and helping others.

Cons

- None really. However, despite having so much prior experience before joining the company, it may take more time for a a new employee to get a promotion or obtain another job w/in the company.
