The non management, non clinical staff is very nice.

Cons

A "leadership" team from other states who dictates and berates the employees. Very high turn over. Have seen DNO, COO, and nurse manager resign in a 3 month period. They were the smart ones that decided to run the heck up out of here!!! They harass employees constantly and instead of managing, they spend the entire workday trying to figure out what dirt to catch people up in. Work life balance?!?!? Huge joke. They took away self scheduling and will not allow people to take rightfully earned vacation.

The facility was brand new and had a beautiful rehabilitation gym for therapy.

Cons

Administration, rehabilitation managers, and supervisors that were unfair how policies concerning employee conduct towards other employees were handled.
