Amazing, knowledgeable people in a great niche industry.

Cons

Solutions are outdated and far too complex and difficult to deliver successfully. Trying to do too much with their solutions and not excelling at any one of them.

Excellent Chief Product Officer. Good Services team and technical account managers. Professional customer service.

Cons

Unethical or certainly icky (slimy?) leadership by former 1WorldSync execs brought in a few years ago to steer company more toward leveraging power of product information housed in the software.

decent technology if they can ever get their act together.

Cons

management doesn't stick around look. A few people hold power and no one is allowed into the Inner Circle. They don't care about their employees no matter what they say. I'm leaving ASAP
