      Pros

      Good people, good benefits (under Danaher), flexible working locations

      Cons

      The company has extremely high targets for individuals, leaving little time for any type of professional development. With everyone now remote, personal working hours are now completely abandoned and the expectation is that an employee is always available.

      Pros

      I was lucky enough to have a wonderful boss along with some great coworkers. It was great to learn about this industry and attend so many industry trade shows and events. I definitely learned a lot that has helped greatly in my career. It's a good sized company that offers great benefits and allowed me to travel quite a bit.

      Cons

      It was tough to work for a company who's headquarters was based overseas, simply because you don't feel quite as involved. They didn't focus quite enough on the customer experience, which I believe could have made this company stand out among the competition.
