Good supporting managers and supervisors

Cons

working on age old technologies, excpet a few teams. very less onsite , again depends on the team. promotion gets stagnant once u reach software engineer level. People are at this level from 4-6 years. no transportation facility or claim bring ur own food(again good for married people) maximum work is related to testing. notice period 90 days.

You need to improve by self, no body cares about your skill and knowledge, If have some problems on job, fix it with your own experience because all team member busy...
