      Good pay and benefits. Not much else to say, not a positive organization.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs. Poor support system. Too much custom legacy equipment.

      Pros

      The company has many dedicated employees that have been with Esko for many years. Some are about to retire and have been there their entire career.

      Cons

      The company was acquired by Danaher a few years ago. It feels like there is a lot of pressure from the top to make changes to increase profits at all costs (to both employees and customers). Frequent hiring freezes limits the ability to replace employees that leave or get promoted, forcing the existing staff to take up the slack.
