      Pros

      Plenty of freedom, the company has a large market share with the Cyrel Digital Imaging products.

      Cons

      Field individuals can be alone with little support and documentation is not ISO certified nor shared within the organization. Management does not encourage open communication and chain of command is an after thought. The Danaher and Esko exchange needs vast improvement. A do as I say not as do style of corporate culture is prevalent.

      İnvests in it s people, positions do evolve and gives the opportunity to move in to other areas of the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes work you do gets repetitive and you need to act up on it otherwise you do burn out and you management does oversee this.
