Micromanagement lacking ownership - the organization keeps changing directions, process, strategy, team, locations, job contracts, job titles etc
Any strategy change comes with team change, process change, desk change, floor change, boss change.
Management is of the opinion that anybody-can-do-anything and keep switching roles. You fail and you get the blame, because anybody-can-do-anything!!!
Negative office atmosphere; blame games, finding a scapegoat mentality.
Practices “Pigs and Chickens” concept of Agile.
There is an inside gang in each division; you don't get well with them then good luck.
Loyalty, ability, and performance are not respected and considered during evaluation or layoffs.
No Work-From-Home(WFH) or flexible timings. Challenging for people with family. Expected to work over the weekends, late nights etc without any overtime pay.
Dysfunctional HR department. Layoffs happen by manager escorting people outside the building. HR department is busy coordinating parties, events, games, desk moves and not involved in people issues - You have a problem, go deal with it.
