      Amazing benefits, teammates, job stability, and work/life balance

      Cons

      Very tough to push change within the org - things move slowly at the top. Hourly pay is sub par for most comparable sales roles.

      Pros

      Definitely the people. And the health care.

      Cons

      There is a toxic corporate attitude towards administrative staff. Unlike other support staff they are required to work full-time in the office (have a sick child you need to take a sick day) and are always put in the back of the line for anything HR-related. Where salary increases for other employees are based upon reviews admin staff salary increases are the minimum allowed by law. There seems to be a general mistrust and lack of respect towards admin staff.
